Bike Survey

Postby Keith » Fri Mar 12, 2010 6:10 pm

A friend has asked for help in a research project on buying a new bike. I think there's one or two of you out there who've bought a bike.....

Natalie LeJeune is now based in Manchester having completed a physio course and working for British Cycling. She is doing an MSc research project on buying a new bike. It would be a great help for her if you could spend five minutes completing the survey. Here's the link.

Keith - I meant to add some feedback for your friend, this survey is too long. I did it cos you're a mate, I oh so nearly bailed mid way. Can she shorten it - prob get a lot more replies...or would that soil (ahem) the data she already has.

blah blah blah

Done

To add to Snoop's feedback, I'm not sure the structure woorks too well for owners of more than one bike. Different factors apply when you're buying a bike to get you to work each day from when you're buying something to impress other club members. It's going to be difficult to link the responses to a particular purchase.

Thanks everyone for the entries. I'll also pass the feedback along.

Snoop, it could be that it's not a survey about bike purchasing, more a survey to measure how long people's attention span is - how long they're prepared to fill in forms before giving up   .

BSc? I've got on of those. You do mean a Bronze Swimming Certificate don't you?
