Nicholson's pubs tend to have a good range of beers and I shall be along to sample a few and wish Sean and Adam bon voyage.

yep, the 5.30 start is to accommodate folk on way back from a hard day's work in London. Rumours that the early start is merely an excuse for me to get sozzled are just that....rumours!

See you later

hi haven't made it on club run this year but do hope to make it tonight.

First have to go to dulwich runners to do a 8 mile training run for marathon, so see you around 9pm when the quality of conversation should be at peak.

Wow! Well done folks, a quality turnout and as the beer flowed I swear the gathered throng multiplied

Lots of lovely conversation, plenty of laughs and of course a chance to wish both Sean and Adam well as they head for pastures new.

Must do it again some time...

Cheers - Snoop

Thanks to Phil for recommending the Ryedale, my legs felt great this morning.

It was good to meet up and wish Adam and Sean well, I hadn't realised just how soon it was that you were both off. Good luck in the Ras Adam.

I reckon there is some benefit in the beer. My 8.5 mile commute took less than 30 minutes this morning. Of course if I'd dragged myself out of bed earlier I could've ridden slower.
