This was only his second race (if you discount the aborted attempt at Hillingdon when he punctured after 5 minutes) so two points scoring races, 2nd at Hillingdon and 4th yesterday.
With only two points required we decided to play it safe and go for the license rather than the a win (he really didn't want to have to go to Hillingdon any more) so his tactics were to let anything smaller than a 5 man break go. Small breaks rarely stay away in a 4th cat race on such a windy circuit but, surprisingly this time it did with two guys making a break and staying away. Toby just got pipped for 3rd in the bunch sprint but that was more than enough, job done.
