Putting photos on this forum

Can anyone who can do this explain in simple terms (i.e. imagine speaking to a small child) how it's done? Nobody in Saturday's post-CR coffee group in Nonna Rosa's knew how, so I'm asking on behalf of - possibly - a majority of club members. We would be grateful.
