yes they definitely work, i did a hard hilly 10 mile run in some last year, expected to ache loads and didn't, whereas everyone else i asked ached loads

I think they work. I've got maxgear ones. Cost me £30 and i'm happy with them. I certainly ache less after a long ride when i've worn them after. I think Rego recovery drinks help too.

I haven't used them but will Also vouch for Rego. I have found that if I forgot to take it after a long ride I soon am reminded by aching legs.

Have bought some Skins so will test them out. They can also be used on long haul flights to prevent DVT, so I'll have to think of somewhere nice to go!
