I have used them a few times for little bits... and spent £300 on some bits recently, including 2 new tyres (@ £45 a pop!)
It all said it was in stock, so i ordered it expecting it within a few days, 2 days later some wiggle boxes arrived but without my tyres... no note or anything!? Weird i thought but went to work... i had an email saying parcel dispatched and informing me that tyres were out of stock and would be with me in a few days. Fair enough.
A week later i got an email saying they were on their way...a weeks later i still had nothing so emailed them and was told they had been dispatched and would be with me soon, check my sorting office and neighbours and wait for 10 days until they will agree its "lost in the post". So i did that, nothing. They then said ok, we'll dispatch some more... this was on april the 1st... 8 days on i have not got my tyres... and i am a bit hacked off now... in my wiggle account it says dispatched against the first order, but the new set for april the 1st it says 'Awaiting Stock, Not Yet Processed - If your order is not fulfilled within 30 days of the order date, it will be cancelled automatically"
I am few up, everytime i email i seem to get fobbed off, theres no number and i am at a loss... i just emailed them once more, but if i cant have me tyres in the next few days, or my money back then i am going to open a paypal dispute... which i dont want to do as thats just hassle for everyone!
Not intending on using wiggle again... which is a shame as theres about £800 worth of toys in my basket on there that i was systematically buying.
Am i alone or is wiggle known for epic fails?!
