I`ve just checked my emails and all us ACC riders in Sundays race have had are money refunded and been put on the reserve list due to a reduction in the numbers.There seems to be about 20 on the reserve list.So my question is, not having had this happened to me before is it worth traveling all the way to the race,cause whats the chance of getting a place.

This is stupidly annoying. How long did it take them to come to this decision? I'm looking for other races and the options appear to be Portsmouth or Redbridge, neither of which seem appealing.
If it rains it may be worth going along as there may be a few DNS'. However it may be pointless if we can't race.

Probably got bumped to the reserves list as clubs affiliated to the SERRL get preference.

Best bet is join the SERRL.

I`ve decided that i`m not going to take the chance of going all the way there on the off chance of a place.So it looks like the club run for me.

Perhaps one of you racer dudes ought to put something forward to committee and get this SERRL thingie sorted. Shame about Sunday but hey, it can be fixed for next time eh
