Sean you're looking good. The weather looks great. It's still anything between 6 and 15 C here.
I bet you're missing our weather, commuting to work, work itself. You probably can't wait to come home

[quote="Sean Hogan"]Funnily enough work is gar from my mind. The route we took today was fair to say rolling on some realy smooth roads. We were easily doing 35kph at one point and I was easily in the bunch. I wanted to take the front, but that seemed rude on day
Blimey Sean, you've held on to your fitness well considering such along time off the bike. After four months of no riding I could just about sit on someone's wheel at 34kph

Toks he said 'at one point' what he meant to say that he was going downhill with a tailwind in the bunch. Looks like a real mixture of abilities and bikes in that group, is one of the guys doing a Ironman or something soon, he looks well kitted up with the bottles hanging off the back of his bike and the mag wheels. Today I went and watched the EG triathlon, managed to persuade a mate to look after my daughter for an hour whilst I rode the bike section on my mountain bike and terrorised all the Tri types on their fancy hat bikes. They must have felt great watching a lump like me zoom past them on a fat tyred mountain bike

Did stop at one point to help a damsel in distress who had mangled her chain, got it sorted in no time, she was intending to walk the 13km back to the HQ in her cleats  Think she was happy that I came along.

Cheers
