[quote="Andrew G"]If you want a plastic bike then PX are good VFM. I know a few people who have and are happy with that bike. I think prices may be /have come down a bit as they are clearing for their new Nano frames.
The Nano frames are not a replacement for the SL Pro .
They are going to continue to sell both with the Nano being slightly higher end.
[quote="Andrew G"]Depends what you will use it for too, I suspect it was stronger riders hammering it out of corners and nailing it at race effort that found the "issue"..
The fork issue was that one or two people reported speed wobble on fast downhills. Many others have reported no such issue, so it might just be an individual setup thing.
I've had a SL Pro Carbon for about a year with the PX fork and never had the speed wobble.
It's my 1st carbon frame so I can't really compare it to any other carbon frames but with that caveat, I think it is a fantastic frame. It's incredibly stiff at the BB, far stiffer than any other frame I've had and is very comfortable. Handling is quite nippy too. Overall, I've absolutely no complaints. Value for money, I think it's great.
The medium comes in at about 1.1kg, if memory serves.
