I think Jon Camden's promotion of the TT Series awards at the cafe have helped improve numbers this year Marco, it's been great to see so many out and so many newbies.

A big thanks to Tim, Phil, Joyce, Marcus, Al, and Mike for their work on Tuesday. It is really appreciated.

Tough head wind on the way out but good fun on the way back, although with 3 DNS in front of me there was no-one to chase just plenty of rapid chaps trying to chase me down.

My legs felt like lead so was pleasantly surprised with my time. Some joker out on the course doing short intervals was a bit of a pain. Open roads and do what you like yes, but it's bad form to sit there spinning along and then hammer by someone racing as you do a one mile interval only to sit up and start spinning again 200m infront of them . Meant I had to check behind and pull out twice to pass him.

My Dad took some photos at the start and I'll load them all up a bit later.
