The things that have the racers number on?

I want one to go on the little lug on here on the tope tube, just behind the head tube.

What is it called? as i can't find any on ebay or any website!?

Sonic there called strap ons, order one off the internet but get someone to help in fitting it.

You mean just the race number? surely a piece of white plastic card (try a model shop) with a couple of holes punched and some kind of clip would do?

I think the team mechanics have been known to knock these up... bolted under the rear break assembly there was a mention of a more aero attempt by Cervelo or Cannondale in one of the mags I bought recently...
