hi Hal, nah, I've been 3rd cat for the last 2 years, the road races are either too far away, too remote (too early) for public transport or fill up too quick for me.

well I went to enter a few and either found them full up (Edenbridge) or in remote locations like near Ashford on a Sunday morning - try getting an early morning train to these places! Mostly when I have done them in the past I got lifts from Paul H or Sylv, but people posted their racing intentions and I could beg lifts off them in advance. My wife also seems to have filled up most weekends with 'family' stuff as well, as she is much more organised than me.
