Well done indeed, and a well deserved win, you have been plugging away just biding your time. Grand

Does this make you a 3rd Cat now Kieran? Maybe some road races in future :)

hi Hal, nah, I've been 3rd cat for the last 2 years, the road races are either too far away, too remote (too early) for public transport or fill up too quick for me.

well I went to enter a few and either found them full up (Edenbridge) or in remote locations like near Ashford on a Sunday morning - try getting an early morning train to these places! Mostly when I have done them in the past I got lifts from Paul H or Sylv, but people posted their racing intentions and I could beg lifts off them in advance. My wife also seems to have filled up most weekends with 'family' stuff as well, as she is much more organised than me.

Don't blame wifey ya gotta get organised. Even as a family man a 2/3 races per year must be possible. I hadn't planned on hitting the 'road' this year since I'm less goal orientated and Palace, Hog Hill and Hillingdon are all just about 60mins riding distance from my house. However, seeing as I'm now your unofficial domestique  if you give me enough advanced warning I'll come and do a RR with you and even let you put your bike in my car. :D
