Still having trouble understanding this verdict and the claim that it was an unfortunate two seconds of inattention. :x

Surely if you're driving along paying attention you'd have been aware of your surroundings, other road users, hazards and cyclists for a lot longer and simply averting your eyes for a moment wouldn't have resulted in a fatality.

Sorry not buying it! Like many other I'm quite nervous around bees and wasps and have often stopped the car and jumped out when one has found it's way into my car, but despite my state of panic proirity is always given to other road users even if it means I've got to be stung. :evil:

It beggars belief how these judges buy the story sold by a beautiful young female instead of looking at the facts. Her first statement was probably correct at the time of the accident and there was no mention of spiders. A wimp out by the judge and a complete let off :x
