This bribe business doesnt quite add up to me. Surely the UCI didnt do the drug test so why didnt the lab say something were they bribed as well?

Considering Armstrong was earning $20,000,000 a year, I would expect a lot more than $100,000.

I also wouldnt expect LA to keep blood in his own house as well that would be far too sloppy.

Gotta love this Gerlach dude.
Bike racer......smack head....back to bike racer.....back to smack head.
Might not be the most upstanding member of the community, but if he provides leads....like Gaggioli supplied Levi with his juice, then surely that line of enquiry will be followed...esp if the feds are talking to him. (oh...I should add "Allegedly" to all of the above...  )

This is great. Like Eastenders but with bike racing and drugs.
And the best thing...you don't have to wait a few days till the next episode. Every few hours new things are happening. HA!

Everyone seems to be hating on Vino for his past and his recent successes and after being a pr#ck in today's stage quite rightfully so.

Basso seems to be flying under the radar right now.
Let's not forget he did serve his suspension and back in the day on CSC seemed to spend more time riding for his 'man crush' Lance than against him.

Still I guess we let him be for now.
Liquigas did a great job today regardless of Arroyo's fantastic fight back.

Funny how you guys are getting so much more news about this than we are here in the states - maybe I should be watching more Fox news - lol.

By the way - just rode 40 miles along the Chicago lakefront in 80 degree heat and a terrific headwind and got home in time to watch the last 30k of the stage - nice morning.
Do miss those Surrey lanes though.

They're probably all on steroids, to be fair.

The unwritten rule is that you dont talk about a race on the same day unless you put Spoiler in the title (its going to be on Eurosport in 30 mins).

HUGE APOLOGIES.

Forgot about that - didn't give too much away though - really.
Just suddenly realised I had reason to get on my soapbox.

Wont happen again.

Interesting comment from David Howman (WADA) :

"I think we are very optimistic that this inquiry will be a fruitful one,"

Not surprisingly it is being quoted in the press that this is Lance's last Tour de France!
