Postby sonic909 » Wed Jul 07, 2010 4:21 pm

Spent another morning at corridori today, and heres where i'm at - Its the first time i've been on a bike for 8 weeks and my shoulder didn't hurt - so i am excited to be able to get back on!

Heres a few poor iphone/facebook photos;

It now looks like a bike!

The bike fit was soo worth it too - got every aspect of the bike correct to my body- hoods, bars, stem angle, cleat placement, shoe insoles and saddle adjustments... its so nice to ride!

Bit shout out to Guy, Paul and Brian at Corridori in Epsom! - http://www.corridori.co.uk/

I had a bikefit at Corridori a few weeks ago. They do seem pretty thorough. They didn't have to change much as (by chance) my setup was pretty close. It does feel a bit nicer now though. Turns out (if you can believe this) that my problems weren't down to bike fit but being old and fat.
