Fifty year old bloke rides the 2010 TDF

A great blog about a non racing amateur riding each stage a few days ahead of the pros. He did the prologue stage in 33mins, only twenty something minutes behind the pros

Tim Moore's book "French Revolutions" is in a similar vein, only funnier.

Yep read that one, and the one by Paul Howard (Shadow Cycling the TDF) which was a dull read. Matt Rendell's 'Significant Other' was the one of the best TDF book I reckon. Last edited by Toks on Sun Jul 04, 2010 5:16 pm, edited 1 time in total.

I read the Pantani one and the "In search of Robert Millar" a few months ago. Why (apart from the obvious reasons) are all climbers nutters?
