Campag equipped Simoncini on ebay

Saw this and in my ignorance have never heard of them but thought it might make a good winter bike/commuter. Anyone got an opinion? Chromed stays and forks are a nice touch. Gruppo is Croce d'Aune which apparently sat between Record and Chorus in the 80s.
