Well spotted Toks. Methinks idiot cyclist should consider himself v lucky. From my experience commuting into and out of London for around three years sadly this kind of inconsiderate stupidity is practised regularly by cyclists. I observed cyclists to be the single most badly behaved and dangerous road user group, comfortably beating taxi drivers into second place.

I'd say a tie for first place between bus drivers (manoeuvre, then maybe look and signal if you feel like it) and couriers/courier wannabes (do what you like when you like regardless of any other vehicle or traffic signal).
