Dear Off Road Riders of Addiscombe Cycling Club

I would like to challange you to entering a team into our mountain bike ride on the 02 October 2010

This is our third year of running the event. This is a fun filled but challenging event. There is a food and drink stand, toilet facilities, Camping facilities etc.

The Challenge: Test Yourself & Your Team

This is a Challenging Mountain Bike Trail Ride held in the New Forest at the scenic Avon Tyrrell Activity Centre.

A team will consist of 3 people covering 2 laps each of a 3 mile course through New Forest terrain with some very exciting riding. Individuals are welcome to enter and complete all 6 laps.
Companies and Organisations are encouraged to challenge each other in a friendly but competitive environment.

Times

Riders will be grouped and started in timed intervals between 08.30 and 10.00am. Riders will be briefed at the start.

Cost
Team entry £35.00 (£40 on day)
Individual entry £15.00 (£20 on day)
Riders are encouraged to raise sponsorship for the event and there will be a prize for the highest sponsorship amount raised. However the entry fee is enough for participating in this exciting and challenging ride.

Up for Grabs

Trophies will be presented to the fastest individual & team times of the day and draws for Spot Prizes will be made on the day.
There will be prizes for the highest sponsorship for this worthy cause.

The Charity
All proceeds of this Mountain Bike Charity Challenge will be going to the Hope Rising Charity which helps support disadvantaged children in Africa. These children are given hope by being cared for in a protected and loving environment.

Food served all day

Bacon and Egg rolls with tea and coffee will be available for breakfast and Beef Burgers and drinks will be available later on the day.
