HELP NEEDED FOR CLUB ROAD RACE

Hi guys, unfortunately for this years [url=http://addiscombe.org/members/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11624]Club Road Race[/url] I have to be in the USA for an important family gathering. It gets worse. Huw is now not available on the weekend of the 23rd so we are at risk of cancelling the event. Do any of you feel you could help out on the day? I have contacted Paul Tunnell to see if he would like to get involved.
The jobs essentially are:

Taking down the names of racers
Issuing race numbers (gathering them up ant the end)
Getting out lap board and bell (retuning theses)
Recording to 5 posiitons from both A & B races
Hand out prizes
