The President's 10

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Jon, can you turn me into a 'definite' rather than a maybe. I see you have planned your blood donation to perfection  there should be a lot of nice new blood cells, especially as Andrew's hilly ride should have incentivised your body to make'em.

(just joking : from cptips.com: The opposite side of this issue is the definite deterioration in performance that results from donating a unit of blood. Research has shown that both VO2max and endurance suffer after blood donation. There is an immediate drop in plasma volume of 7 to 13% which persists for up to 24 hours, and the loss of hemoglobin may not be corrected for several weeks, even with an iron supplemented diet.)

Two Eds are better than one.
But not tomorrow, as they've both dropped out.

Yes you stay the same Kieran, if people drop out then they just leave a gap.

So you're off number 10 but unfortunately will have to make up 3 minutes to Ben before you see anyone in front of you on the road. Bad luck. In theory you ride your own race and it makes no difference but in practice if you have a carrot up the road it can help.
