Think i'll be watching the highlights.
I would've suggested V+ but I got mugged off a few times with the Giro. Nothing as frustrating as the programme overunning and the recording ending 2km from the finish......

Who do we think for the Men's Elite RR? Gilbert seems to be a firm favourite.
Think the course is hillier than was promised which could rule Cav out.

As much as I'd like to see Cav win, looks abit too hilly....

Seems the 'Belgiums' are doing well on draggy courses with wins currently

Great ride by Dave Millar as well to get silver. I was late into work looking at this over breakfast this morning. Looked like good conditions and nice wide smooth roads.

Judging by the island's representatives at the worlds, I don't think you need to do much training to be number 1

Will be great for winter training too. Although I'm sure there will be lots of distractions. St Kitts cycling club
