[quote="RachelB"][quote="Iliya"] I note you did not mention to Jon that one of your four was a complete round trip due to Nicks puncture, you deserve a medal for that alone,

OK you two I'm lost. what's a complete round trip and how does it differ from a round trip? :? :D

Let me explain....Ilya rode to Brighton with everyone else but didn't stop at the cafe but rode straight back to Nanoo's, whereupon he received a call from Rachel informing him that Nick had puntured in Brighton and could he come and fix it as nobody had a clue what to do.

Ilya left his coffee and cake, rode straight back to Brighton, fixed the puncture and rode bAck to his still warm coffee and cake.

All I can say is top man and I second his nomination for CC.

Nicely put Marcus! :) Although the puncture happened before Brighton and there was no second trip to Brighton, no lunch at Regency just 5 minutes rest and straight back via Devils Dyke. :)

Jon, Do ya now understand the difference between the two types of round trips? It is all part of your "select group"

Rachel, I haven't got a clue what anyone is talking about. he did ride to brighton an second time, he didn't ride to brighton a second time. I thought I was relatively intelligent until I started this thread. now I have serious doubts. I'm going to have a lie down in a darkened room for some considereable time on order to rest be aching brain.
