Sounds great, I would be up for this. I think it would be great fun and might encourage people to use a dreaded turbo
and push a little harder than when on there own.
I guess about 75ish minutes including warm up/down. Only thing is that 845pm start might make the finish a little late for some. Its Ok for me though.
I have a spare turbo for those who might like to try it out.
Just a few questions:
What sort of sessions are we thinking of ?
What aspects of fitness are the DVDs aimed at developing ?
Can we wear masks ? there are some weird faces I pull when on the turbo and I,m embarrassed
I have a couple of DVDs (cyclops realride series) the sprint one in particular devolops pedalling technique and increased cadence. Its a nice intro to Turbo trainer sessions, before we get down to the brutal stuff early next year
