Postby Tamar Collis » Wed Jan 18, 2006 1:26 pm

Reminder - it's bike maintenance night down the club room tonight.

Arrive 8.30 for a 9pm start @ Christchurch Methodist Church Hall, Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon.

Bike-guru Paul Tunnell will answer your bike maintenance questions and
demonstrate how to keep your steed in top condition.

Thanks to Paul for putting on a good show which I think was well received by all present. Hopefully everybody picked up some useful tips.

And well done Tamar for providing the bike for Paul to demonstrate his maintenance skills.

Next week... Keith Butler on Training.

Yeah, well, despite my best efforts it's not hard to find things that need fixing on my bike.

Thx v much Paul for sorting it.

Toks, flyers were handed out at the cafe, it was in the digest and I put a reminder on the forum.

We are doing our best to let people know!

Any suggestions for improvements to how we communicate these things gratefully received.

Ok I've been a bit naughty and have not paid this years subscription yet - perhaps that's why. But to be honest in two years I think I've only ever received one digest. Could something like 'Bike Maintenance' not be announced on the forum?
