Hey Adam, how are things mate. How's life in Belgium and what kind of season have you, Josh and your team had?

Hello,

As most of you know, I am still alive. My season is now complete, 160km through the Flemish Ardennes today was a good way to call time on 2010.

On Sunday I raced my 62nd day of this season, I didn't finish! It wasn't my day, nor was it the day before but I did at least finish the day before, mid table albeit, but in the money none the less.

There are countless stories to be told, I have met many many interesting and helpful people, not least of all Nico Mattan.

I have a final meeting on Friday, to confirm the minor details with a new team for next season. After this I shall be returning to England on Saturday for a good long rest before I begin training for 2011.

I haven't updated my blog since March, as you know, but I haven't been totally bone idle in the meantime. I have been building a website at [url]http://www.adamcotterell.co.uk[/url]

It's very much a work in progress, and there will be countless photo's and stories added over the coming weeks and months once the reality of winter training sets in... but check it out, and keep checking back, it'll be changing regularly from next week onwards...
