Does anyone have a recommendation for a good clove for conditions like today? Needs to be very warm but not too bulky.

I have poor blood circulation in my hands and despite wearing my ski gloves this morning (more like snowboarding gloves you'd laugh if you'd seen my, I can barely shift gears on my mtb with them on) the tips of my fingers still get chilly at zero degree.

I guess lobster style ones might be an option.

Saddles are a VERY personal thing.

Karen Van Meerbeck (UK national downhill mountainbike champion back in the early-mid 90s) used to use a Flite. She said it just worked for her, but I can't imagine very many women saying the same thing of that saddle.

Do you own the Pearl Izumi yourself? Can you get me some from the factory next time you swing by?

The best gloves I have found are Sugoi running gloves. I have really bad circulation, but also don't get on well with bulky mitts. I put the running gloves on top of my summer fingerless gloves, and they are so toasty and warm. Rode all through the winter like this last year.
