Me too. Felt much better riding this weekend so seemed to have shifted whatever bug it was in the system. I got some extra strength training hauling my buckled rear wheel a good 15 miles or so
You know I could really hang on longer if we could just take it steady out of CSS to the m-way junction - I need a long warming-up period (honest, did a 10 at Maidenhead Thicket, rubbish time - went for a 50-60 mile ride finishing over the end of the 10 course and rode it faster than I had in the actual event - sickening
