First aider needed

I need a first aid person volunteer for the cyclo Sportive on Sunday 5 June 2011. I think the main duties will be to remain at HQ in Coulsdon and dress any minor wounds that appear on returners and deal with any unlikely cases of heat exhaustion, hypothermia, rehydration, cramps, STDs etc. and I guess potentially liaise with ambulance services and with the sag wagon (Phil Nash). A kind disposition is also needed??? I imagine we have a club first aid box and someone who checks to ensure that it is up to date and correctly equipped. Can anyone help with this or direct me to the best people to help. Many thanks, Alan
