Interesting to see that so far, all offers of help seem to be coming from the same crowd that keep all the current ACC events going (wonderfully well I might add).

Be nice if in promoting a new idea we might also see a few new faces out doing their bit eh wot?

Cheers - Snoop

Hi, as of this morning we have 29 entries and quite a few offers of support. I think I have ruled out Sumner ponds as rest stop as they wanted £200 for the pleasure, so will be scouting out some public space around Southwater. Many thanks

Alan

Guessing you have to be a logged in road.cc user with an FB account to "like" that particular item? (Not sure, I'm not a FB expert)

What I do know is where the bulk of those visiting the sportive webpages are coming from ("referer stats") oveer the last month:

38% direct - mostly desktop email clients I think
17% facebook.com
13% google
7% (ish) hotmail/live.com etc web email
5% road.cc
3% cyclosport.org
2% oldportlianscc.co.uk
1% bikeradar.com
1% cpfc.org
