I caught [url=http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00w7cww]this[/url] by chance on Radio 4 at lunchtime. It's worth a listen, although when our friend Rob "It's all about the bike" Penn said that he has been riding since the age of 9, gave up his job as a solicitor and rides to escape it begin to sound rather too familiar :? .
