Date seems fine with me - i dont get back from majorca till the 12 feb and am not out in club run till 18th, health and weather permitting, i am gonna try for at least 1 rest day and 1 easy recovery ride day, hopefully this will enable me to stay healthy. Anyone got any good ideas on how to stay on top? I take a lot of vit C and a good multi vit pill , and glucosamine for me joints. Anyone tried HGH
or even neovite?
