Redmon reliability

Postby tel » Mon Jan 30, 2006 7:13 pm

The Redmon are holding a Reliability Ride this Sunday 5th Feb. Starting at Hill House at around 8.30. Hill House is at Bishopsford Road, Rose Hill, next to the Ambulance Station.
The ride is going into the Surrey Hills, similar to where Ian took the club the other Sat.
I`m certainly riding, would any other Agreeables be interested. I think 60 miles was mentioned.

Yes me possibly, I want to do a long steady ride with none of that silly racing huw was talking about. Have you got a postcode for the venue, I can't find it on londoncyclesport? Thanks

Sylv-the post code is SM6. Bishopsford Road, near St Helier Hosp.
See you Sunday. I`ll certainly be going steady. Probably a bit too steady for you.

Slyv, does this mean there's no cyclo cross then ???

This ride sounds like a good alternative though, reasonably local for me as well.

Yeah right!!! Is this the same sylv that dropped all the main players in the 17mph group just before Christmas or the one that left me floundering before the infamous drag on the return leg of the CR again just before christmas. Surely not! 8)

Have spoken to REdmon committee man today. He says there will probably be 3 groups going at 9.0, 9.15, amd 9.30. Starting at Hill House, Bishopsford Road, on corner of Middleton Road. HQ opens at 8.30 with adequate parking.
Should be a good day.
BTW The Redmon are very much like ACC in so much as they usually organixe things very well.

Cant make this one as I've gotta work in the afternoon.

Toks - I fancy another battering for an hour in the freezing cold, are you racing Eastway this week?

I'm up for it. Actually the weather forecast is a balmy 8 degrees on sunday, we'll race in shorts!!!
