Hiya.
As some of you know I've entered The Hell of the Ashdown sportive next month , and from what quite a few of you are saying, its gonna be a tough one!
A few of you, especially those on fb, may also know that my Dad is seriously ill with cancer.

I'm glad that's done!

Great weather for todays sportive, well organised and a well marked route.

What more can I say . . . Hills!!
Happy I've done those "fabled" climbs, none were toooo bad and the view at the top of The Wall is worth it (just!)

Finished in a time of 4:38. Well done to other ACC's that took part.
