Perfect commute

Postby Sylv » Wed Feb 23, 2011 10:03 am

Never mind the rain, when everything else is perfect that couldn't matter less - legs, wind, traffic, lights, music, draftees. My new overshoes almost kept my feet dry too!

You must have been elated today then Sylv, blue sky, sun, no wind, and mild temperature :D . Most of the traffic lights went my way today, makes such a difference with the amount of them between Camberwell and London Bridge. I liked school holidays when I was at school, I like them now as it keeps the roads quieter and the lights in my favour most of the time.

another one of these
legs still sore but feel noticeably stronger (i can tell when i can stay seated up park hill and crystal palace in my lower gear 46x25 without suffering)
extended my commute by 1/2h, still wish i'd gotten up earlier
should be forbidden to stay indoors on days like this!

Feeling good now though.
