sizing and cutting help

Does anyone know a good (and not too expensive) place to get my seat mast and steerer tube measured and cut on my new bike build?
Overall I've used the 'competitive cyclist' sizing system and have the measurements against my current bike, but rather than getting the saw out myself, I'd prefer another set of eyes judging and doing the actual cut.[url]http://yfrog.com/h2fbzmbj[/url].
