Another fab day this morning with the weather, just Rob and myself riding today for Addiscombe as Jon was a non starter again today.

Set off well not too hard had Steve Dennis a minute in-front to catch

Got into a nice rhythm and tried hard to keep the power in the legs pulling up hard and smooth, didn't fade at all like yesterday and managed to keep the power right till the end.

Joyce was shouting encouragement at the junction of Weare Street and the A29

Finished fifth on scratch with a course pb for me by over 2 minutes and managed to go under the hour which was my main goal today

Managed to get the overall win for the sporting weekend as none of the 4 ahead of me rode the 10 so chuffed with that
