A big thankyou to Monty and everyone who stopped and helped after my annual acrobatics disply.
Rode home in good time and took one look at my shoulder in the mirror and knew I had a problem
a quick visit to mayday confirmed a broken collerbone

thanks to the guy who fixed my glasses now watching the track cycling going to be off for a few weeks.

I'm taking a couple of days off to rest it and back to work Wednesday.
Hit that invisible pot hole just out of Charlwood
as I was in a tight group of three picking up some speed
must have come down at 20 mph at least but I think I was a bit boxed in by a car when the shout came out I had no time to react.
I've been getting good at the old bunny hop on my communte as the roads are so rough and sometimes in traffic no time to avoid the hole but this one was invisible.
Really depresssed after coming back from one injury to this
I'm thinking three weeks and I'll be back.
