Do you drop the "The" from band names for filing purposes or have an overloaded and messed up T section? Any albums by The The? Solo artists by surname I trust unless you're a madman, which I stick to with blues singers like Alvin "Youngblood" Hart too so he's under H not Y.
Books by author too, although I do split some off in to their own genre if they're non-fiction or it's just madness having a cycling book in the middle of the thrillers or Wodehouse.

I do indeed Sylv, not everything's on a 78 . I don't listen to music on the move though so I only use it as an easy way to copy CDs or make a mix for the car.
Never bought anything from it though, I don't want to buy a computer file for music I want something physical and tactile. I don't like the idea of kindles for similar reasons, part of the joy of a book is the book. I'll stop now or I'll turn this in to a cross-over between Grumpy Old Men and The Culture Show .
