Still a but short on Addiscombe marshals for tomorrow's handicap road race.

Would be great to see you down there.

If you could pop in the post above that would be splendid.

Thanks George

I'll be there to race tomorrow but if I end up having to marshall then so be it. .

This is ridiculous, come on guys, pull your finger out and don't let George or ACC down. its all part of being a club member so its not as though he's sprung this on you out of the blue.
I've marshalled this year so now its your turn to put something back into the club so stop being so shy and get out there and do your duty. You never know, you might enjoy it.

IF I get out of work on time, IF the tube and trains are running ok and IF I can get a lift from a suitable point convenient for both me and the person picking me up*, I MIGHT be able to get out and help. Oh and a lift back home...

As a rough idea for anyone thinking of giving me a lift - I work near Moorgate and can get to Lingfield by 6.30 and Salfords by 6.10 (but I have to be out sharp to get to London Bridge on time). I would also need to know tonight** because I'll have to buy a ticket if it's outside Zone 4...

*somewhere between London Bridge and the above named stations.

** preferably before I leave the dentist tonight, about 5pm as it's on Hackbridge station and the ticket office will still be open and it'll be easier than trying in the morning or finding a ticket office in the evening.
