but he has tested positive - once for the cortis steroid stuff that they produced a backdated TUE for.. plus you have the one from the Tour of Switzerland , the one he made go away with donations to the UCI ... I still think he was better than all the other doped riders, but they did not go around accusing everyone of 'spitting in the soup' ....

However, when somebody says "there is no doubt in my mind" that something is true doesn't make it so. It just makes for a good headline.
