I'm back and loving cycling

Yes I know.... hello stranger, where the hell have I been? bla bla bla bla.

So nice to be back on my bike after working far too hard at the beginning of the year.

Don't even mention the cramp I 'was' getting, all gone now thanks to Quinine Sulphate tablets.

So onwards and upwards and time to buy a new bike. My look 486 is going to be sold and if only I could remember who offered to buy it at the Christmas ACC party. Will try to chuck it on Ebay Thursday and drop a link on here.

Even the Mrs is riding more and even looked at road bikes in Bike + on Saturday, good for her.

It's good to be back, really missed the ACC.

Glad to hear it Marky, it was nice to see you last Sunday- I did give you a shout when I went the opposite way to you on Saturday morning :P

But I guess as usual you were far too busy talking.
