...for the amount of time being passed in a TT is a distinct possibility on Sunday .
It's the National 50 and being a 2 1/2 lap course the normal Nationals starting order (in reverse qualifying time order, fastest last) isn't being used in favour of the normal TT seeding method.
I'm off number 73 and based on my PB then I should finish the first lap roughly between when numbers 121 and 126 and starting depending on whether I'm going well or badly. Add in those fast fellas starting their second lap just after I've started my race and you get a triple whammy of fast people catching you .
Start sheet is here and column N2 is our qualifying time/PB, I'm going to be seeing a hell of a lot of people . I'd run a book on it but don't think I'd be able to keep count whilst I was racing, partly through concentration, partly through the sheer number of people it'll be .
On a positive note though it is nice to ride National Championships and be in the same race as he best in the country, it is mind blowing seeing the speeds they go at close up.
Rob and Dominic also riding so we have a team in but can't see us troubling the podium.
