Could you guys who went to Mallorca last month help me-when you arrived at Palma, did your bike box, bags, etc come off the same carousel as the other luggage on the aircraft, or was there a different place to pick up your bikes.

The bikes came out at a dedicated oversize luggage area, quite a walk away from the normal luggage. It is signposted.

They come from the excess baggage section.

The baggage carousels are split into two sections which you will be directed to depending on your flight number. The excess baggage is roughly in the middle. It it on one side but if you go to the middle you should be able to see it if you happen to be on the other side.
