Club 10, 19 July

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Ok I'm going to be sensible
Please can you take my name off the start list Jon, I think I'm better off resting my legs for the weekend!

Lucy.

Depends more on how dark it gets and how much spray there is on the road affecting visibility rather than just it being wet. We can usually only make that decision on the night when we're there.

The curse of the Paragon strikes again. Cancelled due to cones on the course for roadworks  . They must have been put up yesterday as I raced on the course on Saturday afternoon.

gutted that means I dont have enough - thought I'd get 2 out of the 3 remaining races.
I would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those pesky kids!

Sorry Paul, just realised what you meant.

Yes, as it was to be the best 4 results from 6 races to count towards the league, and we've lost two events, that means it's now the best 2 results from 4 races.

So anyone who's only done 1 race so far can still qualify by riding the President's 10 in September.
