I have lots of time for this guy, one of the few to come out and speak the truth. He has been vilified in the media and in road cycling circles unfairly in my opinion.

How do you know it's the truth, when everything up to the point he got caught doping was probably a lie? In what way is it a great interview? Is it because he heaps a load of accusations on LA? Yadda yadda yawn yawn.
So by that measure if somebody of impeccable trustworthiness spent an hour on TV stating that LA had absolutely and categorically not taken any PEDs at any time, ever, that would be a poor interview?
And of course would never happen as you cannot prove a negative.

If this snivelling little whiner is so contrite why doesn't he give all his winnings to a drug rehab centre and devote himself to supporting drugs free cycling?

And in what way was his vilification unfair? In my opinion it was, and is, completely justified.
