I've been trying to get hold of someone to fix my flat up a bit before I put it on the market and not having much luck
The main bits that need doing are the windows - they need new handles on all of them, any other repairs (there's rot in the bathroom window) and then repainting - the lounge needs repainting especially after removing a fold down table from one wall and, if possible, repair the air extractor thingy.
Other than that it's mostly cosmetic stuff, like resealing the bathroom basin, patching up a damaged bit on a wall, filling various holes around the kitchen units and the like.
Once that's all done I can get the carpet relaid and start thinking about moving to a bigger place with maybe even somewhere I can sit outside without trekking down two floors and being overlooked from all angles
