Spoco 50m TT 14th/8

Down to Harrietsham in kent for this brute of a 50 miler.With constant relentless drags up and down the A20 the only consolation of it being a nice still morning. I was 2nd from last man off at 7.09 but the last man was a dns so i was last off with plenty of people to chase down over the course. Caught plenty but at times with it only being a small field and long straight drags it felt like i was the only person racing!
The day before hilly 2-up TT effort seemed to take its toll on the second lap from about 50k as i watched my av go from 40.4-ish to 39.1 with my mind starting wonder and a want to dnf
Nice friendly event but without a doubt the hardest Spoco course i have done yet and not sure i can say i enjoyed it but glad i finished it in the end

Havn't seen the final results yet but i think i finished in 4th position with a 2.04.8
Winner was Niall Digby with a 2.00 something (talking to Niall after he told me his 50 pb is a 1.54)
