I tried to load the info again, still didn't recognise it. Ok, so I thought I'd install the latest software from cycleops to see if that was the problem. Nope, I couldn't install it - error please try again, so I did, nope, nothing. Now I can't even get the original Poweragent up - I've lost all my data from the last few years and I want to smash my computer in to a million pieces
. Anyone out there who could possibly help me. I really am not any good with these machines. I could paint it a nice shade of cerise if you like, but not actually work the bloody thing
