Being a tester my season is different from road racers, and I'm a bit more "traditional". Worry not Mr K I'm taking it easy and will be on easy efforts for a while.

I start in November easy, build up a bit in December, add intervals and speed work from January, start racing with SPOCOs for training in last week of Feb with the Sussex CA 22 and some more in March and then start racing proper from late April, but main season starts in May. Last race is generally in mid-late September.

Five months hard racing with no sitting in a bunch (not that you do a lot of that in road races Paul ) near as dammit every weekend and I need a break at the end of the season.

Oh and whatever the new kit is I certainly hope the skinsuits are aero .
